Hello Newgrounds, Taka here

Today I am writing about a good friend @Ugasisvelta (Ugasi). I'm going to be showing you why she is awesome, amazing, and A GREAT PERSON. I started talking to Ugasi a few months back and boy was it an amazing choice of mine. There have been a few times where I was down and feeling really shitty but she was the friend I needed in those hard times and I'm very thankful for that. Being able to help me and many others is such a rare and admirable quality and she rocks it! Ugasi is also very very funny and fun to be around, like I was in a vc today and when she joined in, it was a fuckin party! Ugasi also is what @BlueJayNG would say “girlboss”, meaning she can take some heavy hits (mentally) and she always gets back up again and really THAT quality about her is impressive but hey that's Ugasi for you, never giving up, skys the limit!

In conclusion, Ugasi is a great person and an even greater friend. Ugasi, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. It really means a lot when someone can help me through tough shit for me and I owe you a lot for everything. You have a heart of gold and you use it for the bestest things. You are an inspiration to me, I really mean that. I’m HONORED to have you in my life and wonder what amazing thing I've done to deserve a friend like you. Again, thank you for everything, you are truly an amazing person. Just… THANK YOU!!

2022 RECAP BABY!!!

WHAT DID YOU DO THIS YEAR TAKA?

Well a lot happened this year in every part of my life and overall 2022 was great to me, it was an amazing year.

Ill start out with a project I collaborated in this year, that being PIXELGROUNDS

Pixelgrounds was actually really fun to make and I made a good amount of art for that game and im really proud to see this project thrive because it was just really fun and I would be more than happy to do something similar again

STICKMAN DATING SIM SAKURA EDITION

I wanted to take a crack at making a dating game this valentines day and I made this based on @hdydisbdu other games and it was pretty fun to make despite it not being good lmao. I was also shown later in stickman dating sim collection DX later on as well

GUN SHIT DRIVE

Probably my biggest project this year, i'm really happy of how it came out and its very accurate to atari like stuff and im just overall happy this exists. A lot of the team has been on the controversial side sadly so if I do make another remake I would need a new team.

NG TAROT CARD COLLAB

I was sooo excited to work on this collab because it just was such an honor to be apart of it and it was really fun! Thanks again @itsreddqueen

BECK GETS BITCHES

This game did a lot better than it ever should of. @ninjamuffin99 made the 3 star jam and I wanted to make a stupid game to enter the jam so I made… this… Somehow it ended up being the 4 best game of the month according to you guys and I won $100 from it. Now that's crazy and I really appreciate it all

CUTE CAT COLLAB 2022

Me and @godeta made the slideshow and I was so so surprised on how many people submitted and it was just nuts and amazing on what we made together.

SHORT SHORT FEST 2022

@barnhouse had their short short fest in Pittsburgh this year and it was just SO FUN AND AMAZING!!! Me and @godeta won raffles, Lee gave us a FREE DRAWING TABLET :D!!!! I'm infinitely thankful for that. And all around was just a great time and I hope to go to more newgrounds events in the future and I'M HOPING FOR THERE TO BE A PICO DAY PARTY AND ME GET INVITED AHHH IT WOULD BE SO FUN!!!!! <3
